There is an Aldi supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. The 28 bus runs from nearby Ilkeston Road and takes just a few minutes to get to the city centre. This is a good location for both universities, Jubilee Campus, QMC and city centre commuting. The house is HMO licensed with Nottingham City Council and has recently been inspected. There are two communal living rooms, a kitchen, back yard, bathroom and separate toilet. There is wired/wireless internet (upto 100mb speed) included in the rent and freesat TV in the living rooms (as well as a cable point in each bedroom). There is central heating with a recently installed boiler. The rent is £290 pcm and comes with all bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence and internet). There is no deposit to pay but new tenants need to pay two months rent in advance when they move in (£580). The minimum tenancy is for six months.
